Because they are all handmade products, our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days starting from the moment you receive it. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
For handmade products, we are unable to bear the high shipping costs for both directions. Therefore, we can only refund part of the payment:
- If the elastic string of the bracelet breaks or the size doesn’t fit properly, you can restring it using the sewing kit we sent to you.
- If the beads break due to non-human factors, please take a photo and send it to us. We will provide you with appropriate compensation based on your situation.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
